There is a time sync issue on the VM host server which is causing issues with my email so I am looking into it. This caused the shard to freeze so it has been restarted. It is now back up.

Probably not. I had just noticed the time was off on the main server so I set it properly. It was on some other time zone, making log reading very hard to do.
